The cardiovascular system of your baby is at risk if you smoke while pregnant. Smoking during pregnancy can lead to several negative effects for your unborn child. There is still much to be learned, however, so more research needs to be done. The negative effects of smoking on the unborn child, however, are pretty clear. Finding a way to quit smoking is vital for pregnant women. Not being ready to quit or thinking it’s too hard are the reasons most people don’t quit. Taking time to do more research is highly recommended. If you think you might be pregnant, you should talk to your doctor as soon as possible to get help beating your nicotine addiction.
